Malam keakraban ini sudah direncanakan cukup lama, karena padatnya jadwal kuliah, baru terealisasikan setelah 5 bulan direncanakan. Makrab akan berlangsung selama 3 hari 2 malam dan diikuti oleh semua mahasiswa kelas 4IA07 yang beranggotakan 32 orang, dari 32 orang itu terdapat kurang lebih 10 orang yang menjadi panitia untuk melancarkan acara makrab yang akan berlangsung di Puncak, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Kami para panitia berdiskusi untuk apa saja yang harus disiapkan untuk dibawa pada saat makrab nanti. Dari menentukan villa mana yang akan kami sewa, survey villa, menentukan menu makanan yang akan dimasak, bahan makanan yang harus dibeli, hingga rancangan anggaran yang akan dibebankan kepada masing masing peserta yang ikut. Didalam diskusi dan pengambilan keputusan untuk berapa anggaran yang akan dibebankan, apa saja yang harus dibeli, disitulah terjadinya kerjasama team, dimana kami para panitia saling membantu mencari informasi, mencari solusi, menghitung anggaran dan mempersiapkan apa saja yang akan dilakukan disana, kami saling menghargai masukan, ide dan saran dari para anggota satu sama lain. Tidak mudah memang menyatukan beberapa isi kepala untuk mengambil satu keputusan, pasti ada saja yang berbeda pendapat, tapi disitulah kegunaan kerjasama dalam team, saling menghargai satu sama lain. Setelah semuanya di sepakati, para panitia pun menginfokan kepada para peserta untuk melunasi iuran yang harus dibayar, dan kami pun mulai membeli keperluan yang akan dibawa pada saat makrab nanti. Pada proses pembelian, kerjasama team pun diperlukan kembali, karena tidak hanya satu atau dua orang yang jalan untuk membeli keperluan, melainkan dibagi2 agar tidak memakan waktu. Ketika semua keperluan dibeli, kami pun merapihkannya agar aman dibawa ketika dalam perjalanan. Tibalah di hari H makrab dimulai, kami pun bersama-sama menuju villa yang kami sudah pertama, sesampainya di villa para panitia langsung bergegas untuk menyiapkan hal-hal yang harus dilakukan, dari masak, games dan juga hal-hal lainnya. Pada saat masak adalah momen dimana kerjasama team sangat diuji, karena sering kali ada perbedaan pendapat pada rasa makanan yang kami buat, tapi atas kerjasama team, kami harus bisa saling mengerti dan menghargai setiap pendapat, karena kami sudah mempunyai tugas masing-masing. Hari kedua pun sama kami menyiapkan makan siang dan juga diadakan games. Games pada hari kedua yaitu perang bantal menggunakan bamboo diatas kolam renang yang dimainkan hanya oleh teman kami yang laki-laki. Sedang kan kami yang perempuan berbagi tugas untuk membuat cemilan untuk dimakan bersama-sama, juga ada beberapa teman laki-laki yang ikut membantu menyiapkan cemilan tersebut. Pada malam harinya, kami berkumpul untuk bakar-bakar untuk makan malam, kami pun berbagi tugas saat itu, ada yang membuat minuman jahe, minuman teh, membakar ayam, dan memasak lauk yang lainnya untuk makan malam bersama-sama. Semua itu kami lakukan dengan kerjasama, sehingga kami dapat menghemat waktu dan juga tenaga. Pada hari ketiga, dimana hari terakhir kami di villa. Di hari itu kami pun bekerjasama untuk membereskan kembali barang – barang yang sudah kita pakai dan yang masih bisa di bawa pulang. Kami pun berbagi tugas saat itu, ada yang bersih – bersih seperti menyapu, mengepel, dan lainnya, ada pula yang memasak untuk sarapan pagi. Syukur semua tantangan itu kami bisa lalui bersama-sama, karena kami tau kerjasama team dalam momen seperti ini sangat diperlukan, karena kerjasama team yang bagus akan membuahkan hasil yang bagus juga. Kesimpulan yang saya dapat ambil sebagai kiat-kiat kerjasama dalam satu team adalah dimana kita harus bisa saling menghargai pendapat orang lain karena perbedaan pendapat memang biasa, setiap orang memiliki ide masing-masing dan cara yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya, harus bisa mengerti dan percaya antar anggota satu sama lain, lakukan komunikasi yang baik dengan setiap anggota karena setiap orang memiliki pendapat atau aspirasi yang berbeda, setiap aspirasi dapat ditampung dengan baik dan memecahkannya secara bersama-sama dengan melakukan diskusi, mengadakan kegiatan bersama dengan melakukan kegiatan bersama dapat membangun kerjasama team yang lebih solid, dan juga saling membantu antar anggota ketika sedang ada yang kesulitan. Menurut saya itulah kiat-kiat yang harus diperhatikan untuk melakukan “Kerjasama dalam satu team” yaitu saling mengerti, menghargai perbedaan pendapat, komunikasi yang baik, percaya satu sama lain, melakukan kegiatan secara bersama-sama, juga membantu setiap anggota. Karena jika point-point tersebut dilakukan dengan baik, maka akan menjadikan team yang sangat kuat, solid dan juga bagus.
pengalamanpertama adalah saat saya melamar kerja di Edelman. Awalnya saya berencana untuk melanjutkan karir saya di public affairs. Maklum kerjaan terakhir saya sebelum kuliah S2 pembangunan adalah public affairs, dan setelah berusaha apply kerja disana sini di bidang non profit, semua pintu serasa tertutup dan akhirnya saya kembali ke PR.mCdxb.
